Stephen Wray (JCL) founded this company Nov. 1 1984. He is owner/operator. He's Licensed Bonded & Insured. He is also a Journeymen Certified Locksmith thru Victoria [JCL] He has been a locksmith for 29 yrs. He does residential and commercial locks. He had worked for Jack Stearmans out of Vancouver, then worked for D.J. lock out of Burnaby before starting Blue Mountain lock and key.
